- Members of the Proposition Theatre production of 'Olio' in the NAC multipurpose room prior to its renovation.--from Jim Alexander's annotations.||A boy stands among brightly dressed women dancers and shirtless male dancers wearing black pants and white gloves during a performance of "Olio" by the Proposition Theatre Company, the Neighborhood Art Center's house theater troupe. Proposition Theatre presented the show April 13-15, 1978 in the Neighborhood Arts Center's multipurpose room. Director and playwright Walter Dallas ran the Proposition Theatre Company before pursuing successful careers as an off-Broadway director, tenured professor of drama, screenwriter, and artistic director.
